What we can’t help with
We cannot recover lost funds, reverse transactions, unlock wallets or contact exchanges on your behalf. Solana transactions are final once confirmed. If you think you’ve been scammed, report it to your local police and to the platform involved.
Never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone, including us. We will never ask for them, and nobody from Solscanner will DM you first.
Checking a transaction yourself
